In July 2003, Lo's Enviro-Pro Holdings Limited was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd (Stock Code: 309). The Group operates three main businesses: professional cleaning and related business, medical waste treatment and municipal solid waste treatment. It has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning and pest control industry. Its annual turnover exceeds two hundred million Hong Kong dollars and has a 2,000-strong workforce providing well-acclaimed services to customers on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Lo's Cleaning received the accreditation of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in 2002 and IMS certified in 2005. Dedicated in developing new environmental protection technologies and businesses, the Group formed a joint venture - Lo's Tsinghua Daring Environmental Technology Holdings Limited (Lo's Tsinghua Daring) - with Tsinghua Daring (HK) Holdings Limited in 2006. The joint venture now operates two medical waste treatment plants - Siping City, Jilin Province and Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province - that employ environmentally-friendly non-incineration technology. In November 2008, the Group expanded its business to municipal solid waste treatment through acquiring 70% stake of Shuyang ITAD Environmental Technology Limited. A specialist in integrated treatment of municipal solid waste, Shuyang ITAD separates wastes into different kinds and converts them into useful resources and by-products with good commercial value without causing secondary pollution.
